Under vecka 22 kommer tekniker att besöka samtliga lägenheter och lokaler för att genomföra en stamspolning. Mer information kommer inom kort men vi vill redan nu uppmärksamma er på detta kommande arbete eftersom en lyckad stamspolning kräver tillträde till SAMTLIGA lägenheter under den aktuella dagen.

Vad är stamspolning? Stamspolning är när avloppsstammar och kök samt badrumsavlopp i en fastighet rengörs genom högtrycksspolning. En tekniker högtrycksspolar då avloppen med reglerbart tryck och hetvatten för att avlägsna fett och sediment från rörväggarna. Processen går till så att man först spolar samtliga avlopp i lägenheterna längst ner i fastigheten, hela vägen ut till samlingsledning på mark eller källarnivå. När detta är utfört arbetar teknikern sig uppåt i fastigheten, lägenhet för lägenhet till dess att stående stam och alla påstick har blivit högtrycksspolade.

During week 22, technicians will visit all apartments and premises to carry out a stem flush. More information will be available shortly, but we want to draw your attention to this upcoming work as a successful stem flush requires access to ALL apartments during the day in question.

What is stem flushing? Stem flushing is when sewer trunks and kitchen and bathroom drains in a property are cleaned by high-pressure flushing. A technician flushes the drains with adjustable pressure and hot water to remove grease and sediment from the pipe walls. First they flush all the drains in the apartments at the bottom of the property, all the way out to the collection pipe at ground or basement level. When this is done, the technician works his way up the property, apartment by apartment, until the standing trunk and all the attachments have been high-pressure flushed.
